We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at a skilled nursing facility located in Chicago South. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who can develop strong referral partnerships, increase community awareness, and help drive occupancy goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support census growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, healthcare providers, and community partners
- Manage referral development efforts and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct community outreach and represent the facility professionally
- Collaborate with admissions and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals
- Track marketing initiatives and referral activity to support growth
Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare marketing experience required (Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred)
- Proven success building referral relationships and driving census
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Chicago healthcare market preferred
