Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a Client Relationship & Business Development Assistant to support client engagement, relationship management, and business development initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and are looking to develop a long-term career in business development, client services, or account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
- Prepare proposals, presentation materials, and client communications
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Track sales pipelines, leads, and business development activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client projects and initiatives
- Assist in organizing networking events and client engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, client services, recruitment, hospitality, marketing, sales support, or other client-facing functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
