Site Manager

Design and Build are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a passion for overseeing a variety of new build projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client’s tight knit team and assist them in their current growth. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of new build projects within the Greater Brisbane area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build projects - $10 million +.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
• QBCC licence
