Responsibilities: Highlight the main responsibilities
Main activities: *Support internal TMC request on Valeo projects (Alternator and Starter projects)
-Support TMC on getting the correct information depending their requests and support TMC internal processes -Obtain clear customer requirements and report them in Electrical Systems Organisation - Support prototype development -TMC internal activities like RDDP, PO preparation, CAD packaging discussion & prototypes technical review *Technical interface among customers and Valeo Engineering for design activity (DRBFM, Design Review, DV test report) *Obtain Voice of Customers from JOEM customers engineering organisation to improve Vale Electrical Systems performance *Get continuous information on prototypes request and technical definitions, follow up product maturity. *Support Engineering technology presentation to JOEM customers *Seek and promote JOEM customers Alternator/Starter business opportunities
- Obtain potential opportunities from JOEM - Obtain clear requirement for each program *Inform quality/warranty issues activities to Quality Engineer *Escalate crisis issues in Valeo organisation in timely manner

Requirements

- Working time will be divided within our Nagoya office and Toyota office (Toyota-shi/Toyota Technical Center).

.- PES Nagoya team has 1 application engineer, 1 project manager and 1 key account manager from Sales (additionally to the candidate which will be resident/application engineer)
.- Candidate will report to me, I visit Nagoya office once every week, sometimes once every 2 weeks. There will be some request to come to Yoyogi office but for special training or important meetings, there are no frequent meetings define.
.- Candidate will transfer the communication from customer to Valeo Japan and to the responsible Valeo Site around the world.
.- Main interface will be customer, candidate will work on Alternator, Starter and ISG topics.
