Country Manager – Hot Stamping Foil Products (based in Jakarta) 
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing Hot Stamping Foil Products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 20 years’ experience in Country Manager in a multinational company for the job of Country Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 

• Report directly to the Board of Director
• Responsible to all aspects of sales and operations to fulfil the demand of customer request. It includes both technical and non-technical matters in flexible packaging business.
• Overseeing the company business operations, financial performance, investments
• Be responsible for the budget, sales revenue, profitability, and cash flow to maintain company business growth and sustainability.
• Develop a company strategy and business planning to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Identify and pursue new customers to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
• Forecast sales and explore new sales opportunities through comprehensive market research to identify potential in new segments.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Provide tailored pre-sales technical support, offering guidance on product, upgrades and best practices to maximize value.
• Gather detailed information to address customer inquiries accurately.
• Negotiate and close sales by aligning with the company's terms and conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree/Bachelor Degree in Business, or related field with at least 15 years’ experience in management in Hot Stamping Foil Products
• 20+ years’ experience as a sales leader in Hot Stamping Foil Products
• Strong in sales, technical, operation, and people management
• Broad knowledge of business management (Strategy, Sales, Service, Operation, Finance, Administration)
• Experienced executive with profit & loss responsibility in company management or similar function for 5 years
• Experienced leader with an integrative and assertive leadership personality
• Decision-making ability and negotiating skills
• Outstanding communication and intercultural skills
• Strong commercial/Sales drive, passion to drive Business developers & Sales team.
• English language, international business experience highly desirable
