As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through final closeout, ensuring excellence in cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Managing subcontractor relationships and agreements, ensuring accountability for deadlines and project deliverables.
• Collaborating closely with clients, providing consistent updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements by working closely with the site Superintendent and Safety Manager.
• Developing and monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track project profitability and identify areas for cost-saving opportunities.
• Leading and mentoring project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and driving accountability to achieve high-quality results.
• Managing change orders, RFIs, and maintaining up-to-date project documentation in accordance with contract terms.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless project delivery.

• 8+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, with a strong background in healthcare, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ideally valued at $20M or more, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Proficiency in construction management software, financial tracking tools, and construction documentation management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• OSHA certification preferred, with a commitment to maintaining job site safety and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
