• Assisting in the management of municipal construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborating with project superintendents to establish operational priorities and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supporting the project administration team and construction engineers in day-to-day tasks related to public sector projects.
• Monitoring project costs and revenues, preparing forecasts, and ensuring financial alignment with project estimates.
• Addressing issues related to staffing, materials, equipment, and contract administration in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Partnering with the Safety Manager to maintain and exceed safety standards, particularly with public works protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Building strong relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including RFI logs, change orders, and compliance records.

• At least 2-4 years of experience in Construction Project Management, preferably in municipal or public-sector construction.
• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of municipal construction requirements, including public safety regulations, infrastructure development, and government standards.
• Proficiency in construction technology and the ability to review construction documents such as specifications and drawings with a focus on municipal elements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with government clients, management, subcontractors, vendors, and design teams.
