Our client is seeking an experienced agricultural leader to manage a 23,700ha cropping and Irrigation aggregation west of Moree. The properties have excellent established infrastructure, an experienced team and significant opportunity for further growth and capital improvement.
With an experienced Operations Manager leading the day-to-day cropping program, your focus will be on strategic leadership of people, performance, financial outcomes and improvement of long-term asset value.

- People leadership and team performance
- Cropping, irrigation and livestock strategy
- Safety, compliance and environmental management
- Continuous improvement and innovation
- Asset utilisation and long-term development
You'll work closely with the General Manager and Advisory Group, turning business strategy into practical plans, budgets and measurable results.
About the Aggregation
Located approximately 45km west of Moree, the aggregation includes:
- 12,900ha dryland cropping
- 2,160ha potential irrigated cropping
- 8,600ha extensive grazing
- Approximately 500ha irrigated cotton
- Cropping wheat, barley, chickpeas, canola, sorghum and dry land cotton
- 50,000-tonne grain storage and handling capacity

About You
You'll be an experienced agricultural production manager who combines strong commercial thinking with practical farming knowledge.
You will ideally have:
- Management of large-scale dryland cropping or irrigated cropping systems
- Leadership experience across people, resources and farming operations.
- Financial and commercial acumen with budgets, forecasts and performance data
- A strong understanding of agricultural safety systems
- Confidence using technology and evaluating innovation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
