About the Role
We are looking for a design-savvy, service-led Sales Consultant to join a high-performing showroom team.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves interiors, enjoys connecting with people and understands that premium furniture sales are built through trust, curiosity and a genuine ability to understand how clients want to live.
You will guide clients through a personalised design journey—from the first conversation through to delivery and aftercare—helping them make confident decisions while creating an experience they will remember.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. You will need to be available to work at least one weekend day every fornight
What You’ll Be Doing
You are naturally engaging, polished and confident in building rapport with a wide range of clients. You have an eye for design, a strong appreciation for quality and enjoy helping people turn ideas into beautiful spaces.
You may come from premium retail, furniture, interiors, hospitality, property, client service or another customer-focused environment where presentation, relationships and service matter.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and creating a warm, polished showroom experience from the moment they walk in
- Building strong relationships by understanding each client’s lifestyle, space, preferences and design goals
- Providing thoughtful product recommendations and styling guidance that bring a client’s vision to life
- Delivering exceptional service from consultation through to sale, delivery and aftercare
- Developing strong product knowledge across furniture, finishes, materials and design trends
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Managing sales administration accurately, professionally and with close attention to detail
- Representing a premium brand with confidence, care and a genuine passion for interiors

- A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to work towards sales targets
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and team-focused attitude
- Mandarin language skills would be highly regarded, though not essential
