A leading global SaaS company is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join its Tokyo-based team. This is a customer-facing pre-sales role that combines technical expertise, business consulting, and strategic solution design to help enterprise customers achieve their digital engagement and growth objectives.

As a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, you will partner closely with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, demonstrate how technology can deliver measurable value, and build confidence in both the platform and the team behind it.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with customer engagement and executive-level communication. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute as a thought leader across multiple industries and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer business goals, technical requirements, and success criteria.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and solution workshops.
  • Design and articulate technical solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Security, and Customer Success teams.
  • Provide industry best practices and strategic guidance to prospective customers.
  • Support proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations when required.
  • Mentor and guide other Solutions Consultants within the organization.
  • Contribute to pre-sales methodologies, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

Experience in two or more of the following areas:
