This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys the full spectrum of level 1 support — from device deployment through to day-to-day user support.
About the Role
You'll provide Level 1 Service Desk support to the business, with responsibilities spanning device imaging and deployment, mobile device management, and Active Directory user account administration, alongside general troubleshooting and support requests.
Essential Skills & Experience
- PC imaging and device deployment
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Active Directory – setting up and managing user accounts
- Level 1 Service Desk support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows and M365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
