Content Enablement Specialist

Overview

Client is seeking a Content Enablement Specialist to support an enterprise federated content model through content authoring, knowledge management platform enablement, GenAI capability support, and content operations. This role requires strong content judgment, technical aptitude, and the ability to help business teams create accurate, consistent, searchable, and AI-ready content.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain enterprise shared-services content within a knowledge management platform.
• Structure content for clarity, usability, search effectiveness, and AI consumption.
• Apply templates, authoring standards, metadata, and content structures consistently.
• Support the onboarding of new lines of business into the knowledge management platform.
• Guide business users on authoring standards, templates, content structure, and AI-ready content practices.
• Facilitate working sessions with subject matter experts to help them create and publish content.
• Support and refine GenAI-enabled capabilities, including:
  • AI-generated draft content.
  • Content similarity and consolidation recommendations.
  • Staleness detection.
  • Smart tagging and metadata generation.
  • Content engagement and performance insights.
• Assist with prompt design and tuning.
• Test GenAI outputs for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Monitor content and GenAI performance and recommend improvements.
• Test content workflows and AI-enabled platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Ensure platform functionality aligns with system requirements and user expectations.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

• Experience with knowledge management or enterprise content platforms.
• Experience creating, maintaining, or structuring enterprise content.
• Understanding of content templates, metadata, tagging, standards, and structured documentation.
• Experience supporting content workflows, platform testing, or system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong content quality and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills or Experience

• Experience with GenAI tools or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Experience with prompt design, prompt tuning, or GenAI output testing.
• Experience with content systems, structured documentation, or content operations.
• Experience supporting content onboarding, governance, or business-user enablement.
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, financial services, or healthcare.
