- Strong experience with commercial storefront and curtain wall systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate a crew of approximately 5 people.
- Strong understanding of commercial glazing installation methods and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with GCs, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA/Safety training is preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in the field and traveling to commercial job sites throughout the region.
