We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager who understands how to successfully manage projects from award through completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial HVAC projects and be confident managing the financial, operational and vendor side of multiple projects.
You should be comfortable with:
Managing commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
Reviewing plans, specifications and project requirements
Completing and reviewing material and labor take-offs
Project procurement and buyout
Working closely with vendors and subcontractors
Managing project costs and profitability
Coordinating with customers, field teams and internal departments
Managing project schedules and deadlines
Identifying and resolving issues before they impact the project
Maintaining strong vendor and client relationships
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, organized and confident making decisions. You should be someone who takes ownership of your projects and understands that successful project management means delivering on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Commercial HVAC experience is essential.
