RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and assist takeoffs and cost estimates
- Collect BOQ's and prepare cost analysis for project
- Prepare and submit tenders for multiple projects simultaneously
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Attend and prepare tender meetings
- Develop budgets and monitor project costs
- 3+ years of Estimating experience for a fitout/refurbishment contractor
- Manage multiple projects (at least 2-3) simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
