An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established food manufacturing operation based in the Dublin area. This role offers long-term stability, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work within a high-volume production environment.

Our client operates within the food manufacturing sector, supplying fresh and prepared products to customers nationwide. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and reliability, they continue to invest in their engineering and maintenance function to support ongoing production requirements.
THE ROLE:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and reliability of production and plant equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across production equipment.
- Responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting faults to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining and repairing production line machinery, conveyors, and associated plant.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in line with health & safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately.
THE PERSON:
Our client is seeking candidates who:
- Have experience working as a Maintenance Technician within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Come from a mechanical or electrical background.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Have strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Are proactive, reliable, and team-oriented.
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €50,000 - €55,000
- Full-time, permanent position
