Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Manage the full sales cycle to convert new opportunities, expand category penetration, and increase share of wallet across assigned account groups.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build long-term partnerships with hotel brand, procurement, operations, and development teams while conducting regular business reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance teams to design, implement, and support smooth regional category launches.
  • Pipeline & Data Management: Maintain highly accurate CRM records, opportunity pipelines, and financial forecasts to optimize commercial results.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take complete ownership of customer satisfaction, sales forecasting, and P&L results, remaining directly engaged throughout the account lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of proven, successful regional sales management experience combined with direct hotel operational background.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a relevant major in Hotel Management, Finance, or International Business.
  • Industry Track Record: Proven history of growing sales of consumables (OSE, textiles, amenities, etc.) and securing group contracts within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experienced in navigating and building consensus with corporate c-suite stakeholders, procurement managers, and brand decision-makers.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling capabilities, and proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Language & Mobility: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% across the APAC region for client meetings and reviews.
