Manufacturing/Production Labourers | Zillmere QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking Workshop/Production Labourers for a leading timber frame and roof truss manufacturing facility based on the Northside of Brisbane, QLD.

Whether you've worked in construction, manufacturing or warehousing, or you're looking for a fresh start in a hands-on industry, we'd love to hear from you. Experience is welcomed but it isn't essential. We're looking for reliable people with a great attitude who are ready to learn.

One of the biggest advantages of these roles is the flexibility. Full-time positions are available, along with opportunities for 3 or 4 day weeks and reduced or school-hour shifts for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of timber wall frames and roof trusses
• Handling and moving timber and building materials throughout the workshop
• Using basic hand and power tools once trained
• Supporting production teams with daily manufacturing tasks
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
• General workshop and production labouring duties as required

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous construction, manufacturing, warehouse or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
• Entry-level candidates looking to start a hands-on career are encouraged to apply
• Reliable, punctual and committed to turning up every day
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work safely in a team environment
• Holds valid Australian working rights (working holiday visa holders and international candidates are welcome to apply)
• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test prior to commencement
• Must be willing and able to participate in ongoing random Drug & Alcohol testing on site

What We Can Offer

• A$37.50-$39/hour
• Flexible work options including full-time, 3–4 day weeks and potential school-hour shifts
• Standard 8-hour shifts with start times generally between 5:00am and 7:00am
