Auto- Electrician | Workshop | Yatala QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join a well-established workshop team in Yatala, QLD working across a range of heavy plant, machinery and light vehicles.

This is a great opportunity for experienced Auto Electricians looking for stable, Monday-to-Friday work with the opportunity to progress into a field service role after approximately 2–3 months, including a company ute.

The successful candidates will work across a diverse range of heavy plant, machinery, crushing and screening equipment, agricultural equipment and light vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out electrical fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing electrical wiring and computer-based equipment.
• Diagnosing and repairing air-conditioning systems.
• Working across earthmoving, crushing and screening equipment, plant and light vehicles.
• Completing scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Conducting breakdown diagnostics and emergency repairs when required.
• Completing accurate job notes, service records and maintenance documentation.
• Identifying parts, tools and resources required to complete works.
• Working alongside mechanical trades and workshop personnel.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Following company procedures, relevant legislation and industry standards.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified and experienced Auto Electrician.
• Experience working with heavy plant, machinery and/or light vehicles.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with air-conditioning systems advantageous.
• Heavy plant, crushing and screening experience highly regarded.
• Trade Certificate – Auto Electrical
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Can Offer:

• $49.71 - $61.71/hr + Penalties, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday | 10-hour days.
• Temp-to-permanent opportunity.
• Immediate/ASAP start.
• Workshop-based initially in Yatala, QLD
• Opportunity to transition into a field service role after 2–3 months.
• Company ute provided when moving into field service.
