Project Manager - Batching Plant Installation| Sunshine Coast, QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with batching plant experience for our client working on a Major Infrastructure Project based in Lake MacDonald, QLD.

This role will suit a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in batching plant/fixed plant delivery, ideally within civil infrastructure and construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of a batching/fixed plant
• Coordinate mobilisation, civil works and plant foundations
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installation
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Coordinate commissioning and final handover
• Monitor project schedules, progress and delivery milestones
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and on time

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years' Project Management experience
• Proven experience delivering batching or fixed plant projects
• Strong understanding of plant installation and commissioning
• Experience coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical works
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced site environment

What We Can Offer:

• $900–$1,100 per day + $50/day meal allowance
• Work vehicle and fuel card provided
• Accommodation provided for non-local candidates
• Monday to Friday roster
• 5-month project through to January 2027
• Opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project
