My client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join them on a high-profile defence. This opportunity is with an estabslished company 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
  • Lead and manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site policies, and defence project requirements
  • Drive program adherence and proactively manage delays or issues
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure all works meet specifications
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
  • Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on large-scale construction projects ($30M+)
  • Previous defence project experience is essential
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance on site
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety standards
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment
  • Relevant trade or construction qualifications
