Regional Sales Advisor

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for customer service and sales? We're recruiting for a Product Sales Advisor to join a well-established business, supporting customers with product enquiries, quotations and technical advice across a range of sectors.

This is a varied office-based role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers via webchat, email and telephone, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries via webchat, email and telephone.
• Preparing and issuing accurate quotations.
• Providing product information and technical sales support.
• Following up quotations and identifying opportunities to secure orders.
• Supporting inbound sales enquiries and processing customer requests.
• Maintaining accurate records using the CRM system.
• Reviewing drawings, bills of quantities and tender documents where required.
• Producing reports on sales enquiries and conversions.
• Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service or sales support role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Confident preparing quotations and managing customer enquiries.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience interpreting technical information or tender documents would be advantageous.
• A positive, proactive approach with a genuine focus on customer service.
