We're partnering with a leading independent agency looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join its Sydney team.
This is a great next step for a senior paid search professional who wants to remain hands-on while taking greater ownership of strategy, client relationships and people leadership. You'll lead paid search activity across major consumer brands while managing and developing a direct report.

What you'll be doing
- Own paid search strategy, account direction and campaign performance
- Lead campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and budget management
- Develop actionable insights and communicate performance to clients
- Manage, mentor and support the development of a direct report
- 5+ years' Google Ads experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Previous experience managing, mentoring or developing team members
- Strong SA360, eCommerce, Google Analytics and reporting experience
- Experience across paid social and/or programmatic alongside Google and Bing
