Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Representative for one of our clients! They develop and introduce revolutionary technology that reshapes traditional healthcare. Their main product utilizes focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and activate natural healing. Implementing this type of technology offers chiropractors unprecedented treatment versatility within their clinic. This type of technology has been used by medical institutions all around the world and is now available in the United States. 

Your role would involve calling warm leads of medical centers that expressed interest in the product and you will call, pitch, and book appointments for the sales team to consult with doctors on new technology. Structure & Compensation

• Full-Time Remote Opportunity (North America Applicants only)
• Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm EST ( 9 am EST daily, the meeting is mandatory)
• Yearly Base - $18,000 to $35,000 USD (Depends on Experience) + Commission
• OTE 1st Year $60,000 to $85,000/yr 
• OTE 2nd Year $85,000yr + per year
• Independent Contractor-Based Position
• Opportunity For Advancement in Sales Closing Roles Earning - North of $20,000+ Per Month.
• W2 Opportunity

What This Job Entails

• Calling warm leads that have indicated an interest in the services
• Making these outbound calls to medical centers and booking demos for the sales team, using a provided dialing software
• Mastering the elevator pitch to get the prospect hooked
• Ongoing product & sales training

Requirements

• Transferable Sales Experience, B2B Preferred
• 1 + years of sales experience preferred
• Driven, hungry competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules 
• Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Empathetic-- can understand the client and relate with prospects
• Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required 
• Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you. 
• Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule  and meeting deadlines without direct supervision 
• Motivated – you have the mindset and drive to continue to prospect despite any “No” that you might get.
• Dependable – you know that everyone on the team needs extra support sometimes and you are right there to motivate and support your coworkers.
