Are you an experienced Sales Administrator, Customer Service Coordinator or Order Management professional looking for your next opportunity?
Morgan Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation within the medical products industry that is looking for someone to play a key role in supporting and developing their newly established sales function.

Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or technical products will be highly regarded, however candidates from manufacturing, industrial products or other technical environments are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll be doing
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations, estimates and invoices
- Processing customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with logistics
- Checking stock availability and monitoring order progress
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Following documented pricing and approval processes
- Providing exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships
- Assisting with improving and streamlining sales processes as the department continues to grow
About You You'll ideally bring experience within Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service or Order Management and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous Sales Administration, Internal Sales or Customer Service experience
- Strong order processing and administration skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing, purchase orders and invoices
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify process improvements
- A genuine willingness to learn technical products
