Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform ConsultantAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant to join a high-performing technology team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing, developing and implementing modern Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business transformation.
You'll combine solution architecture with hands-on technical delivery, working across a variety of complex projects in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architectures.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows and integrations using C# .NET and Web APIs.
• Build Model-Driven and Canvas Power Apps.
• Develop automated business processes using Power Automate.
• Design and enhance Power Pages solutions for external users.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards using Power BI and related Microsoft reporting tools.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications, databases and third-party systems.
• Lead technical design workshops and provide architectural guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers through code reviews and technical coaching.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management and application lifecycle management using Azure DevOps.

About You:
You'll be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional who enjoys both technical development and working directly with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Customer Insights (Marketing).
• Extensive experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  
  • Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas)
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
  • Power Pages
• Strong C# .NET development experience, including Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities and Web APIs.
• Experience developing with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Excellent knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 security architecture.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, SQL Server and related technologies.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
