About the Role
We are seeking multiple experienced ICT Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex technology and transformation initiatives.
Working under limited direction, you will manage one or more cross-functional project teams and work closely with business stakeholders, technical specialists, vendors, and executive sponsors to translate business requirements into successful technology solutions.
This role is ideal for driven project professionals who are passionate about delivering outcomes, building strong stakeholder relationships, and managing projects within complex and fast-paced environments.
You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals across ICT, digital transformation, data, and business programs while contributing to projects that improve organisational efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex ICT and digital transformation projects using Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical and business teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Drive procurement, contract management, and vendor engagement activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities across the organisation.
• Prepare business cases, project documentation, governance reports, executive briefings, and investment proposals.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with governance, quality, and reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to project team members.
• Work collaboratively with business users, technical specialists, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support project closure, transition to business operations, and benefits realisation activities.

 
What You Will Bring

• Proven experience leading large and complex ICT projects within highly governed environments.
• Experience successfully managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across business and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and present to senior executives and governance bodies.
• Experience delivering technology projects in one or more of the following areas:
• Web Development
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Data and Analytics
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks including Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change activities.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments where priorities may shift and evolve.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
