About the job:
Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale card migration program. We’re looking for candidates across two profiles:
Role 1:
Strong Senior BA with deep cards and/or schemes experience, with previous cards migration experience highly desirable.
Role 2
A more technically focused BA, with the same cards and schemes experience but additional hands-on experience across ETL, data and technical migration.
Both roles require strong financial services experience, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to operate effectively in a complex and changing environment.

What you’ll do:
- Support delivery across a large-scale cards, schemes and migration program.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and drive outcomes.
- Apply strong knowledge of cards and payment schemes to understand business impacts and requirements.
- Analyse and document business requirements, processes, data and migration impacts.
- Identify gaps, risks and unspoken business needs and proactively address them.
- Work collaboratively across business, technology and delivery teams.
- Support migration activities across cards, schemes and data.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services.
- Strong experience across cards and/or payment schemes — this is a key requirement.
- Previous cards migration experience is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify gaps and proactively solve problems.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work effectively in complex and changing environments.
- Previous experience within a major bank is highly regarded.
For the more technical profile:
- Strong technical BA experience, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Practical experience with ETL methodologies, data and technical migration.
- Ability to analyse data flows, system impacts and technical requirements.
