Temp Sales Support Associate, Aventura Mall

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate to join their team at their retail boutique in Aventura.

This is a part-time, temporary position starting ASAP for an initial 1-month assignment, with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience, providing personalized service and thoughtful product recommendations across multiple product categories.
• Drive individual and boutique sales goals through proactive selling, cross-selling, clienteling, and consistent follow-up with new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong client book, utilizing CRM tools to cultivate long-term relationships, generate repeat business, and support boutique events and product launches.
• Maintain elevated luxury standards through impeccable product presentation, visual merchandising, boutique organization, and accurate execution of POS and daily operational procedures.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, jewelry, watches, accessories, or another high-touch client service environment.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs while developing meaningful, long-term client relationships.
• Polished, professional, and engaging communicator with a client-first, hospitality-driven approach and appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury products.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment and work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of a shift.

Pay Rate: $24/hr
