Apply directOur client, a wellness brand, is seeking an Associate Field Testing Program Manager to join the team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. This is a temporary role that is scheduled to begin ASAP and continue for 12 months.
This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional team of Engineers, Project/Program Managers, and QA personnel working on the connected devices that are shaping our current and next-generation products.
The Associate Field Testing Program Manager is responsible for supporting the team that determines how consumers react to new and modified products, product features, and product concepts. This requires working with external vendors and supporting the cross-functional product team.
Job Duties Include:
- Execute day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives from test launch to completion.
- Collaborate and facilitate cross-functional communication with key project deadlines in mind.
- Be the main point of contact for tester inquiries and issue reporting.
- Proactively triage tester issues and escalate to key stakeholders and supporting teams when necessary.
- Assist the Lead Program Manager to prepare weekly summary reports displaying trends and progress against project goals and overall program success.
- Attend meetings to support the Lead Program Manager to review open items and report progress of the projects.
- Proactively provide regular status updates communicating progress towards commitments.
- Work with the Lead Program Manager across multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping attention to detail on each project.
- Actively manage the logistics of getting HW and features in front of testers to ensure a positive testing experience.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of experience coordinating beta test projects and resources as part of a product/tech company, agency, or research consultancy.
- Experience with highly confidential beta test participant recruitment.
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.???????
- Expertise with Gemini, Google apps, and the usual PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Jira/Confluence and Centercode experience a plus.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping while working across multiple projects
- Understanding of technical issues and driving them to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for decision-making, while also being a fast learner.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain a Can-Do attitude.
- Self-starter who is able to identify gaps and opportunities to create more efficient processes.
Salary: $43 - $50/hr
