Temp Sales/Stock Support, South Coast Plaza

Our client, a prestigious fashion brand, is seeking a temporary Sales/Stock Support to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communication skills and at least 2+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury or menswear, with an entrepreneurial spirit. Applicants should have open availability to work, including weekends with light restrictions. This position will be starting ASAP and continue for the next 2-3 months with the potential to extend. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Welcome clients and support the salesfloor with coverage as needed
• Support Client Advisors with their appointments (pulling merchandise/extra sizes, setting up fitting room, returning merchandise to stockroom)
• Assist with wrapping purchases for client advisor
• Prepping merchandise for the floor (steaming, folding, hanging)
• Supporting with operations/BOH tasks (organizing merchandise in stockroom, pulling for the floor, processing shipment, etc.)
• Additional duties as needed

Job Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of experience within a luxury/high end retail environment with a strong understanding of brand standards
• Comfortable supporting both operational tasks and client-facing responsibilities while assisting the sales team
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset and solid work ethic
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to adapt to evolving operational and client service needs
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for duration of shift

Salary: $23-24/hr
