Operation Technician

Operation Technician 
Monday - Thursday, 7a - 4p + Friday mornings to hit 40 hours
$20 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in an aseptic environment and wearing required PPE
• Ability to routinely pipette, prepare media, and perform repetitive lab tasks
• Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related field
• Experience with aseptic technique, cell culture, or biological laboratory procedures
• Basic Microsoft Office and SAP skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Support the production of veterinary biological products in a USDA-licensed facility while following company and regulatory requirements.

Key duties include:

• Assist with blend, fill, harvest, formulation, and electroporation processes
• Maintain Vero cell cultures and prepare growth media
• Follow aseptic procedures and production protocols
• Complete and maintain production and training records
• Restock laboratory supplies and maintain work areas
• Support production activities as assigned
