CELOTTI WORKFORCE partners with leading civil construction companies to provide skilled Civil Plant Operators for key civil projects across the Bundaberg region. We are currently seeking experienced operators for upcoming subdivision and road infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Excavator Operations
- Moxy Operatorations
- Roller Operations
- Watercart Operations
- Front End Loader Operations
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Civil construction experience (advantageous)
- Blue/White Construction Card
- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant machinery operating tickets (e.g. RII Articulated Haul Truck)
- Willingness to assist with general labouring duties – this role will involve hands-on work
- Experience working in pipe crews or as a Toppy Labourer (desired but not essential)
- Physically fit, hardworking, reliable, and punctual
- Highly competitive pay rates | $39.00 - $43.00 + Penalties + Allowances.
- Weekly Pay
- Continued Support from a Dedicated Celotti Recruiter.
- Monday to Friday, 10 - 12hr days
- Immediate Starts
- Temp - Perm Roles Available - Ongoing
