We are partnering with a rapidly expanding international consumer and service-focused business with a strong presence across APAC. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Finance Business Partner (APAC) to support regional leadership in driving performance, strategic initiatives, and expansion plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals from hospitality, travel, aviation, retail, consumer, or other multi-site businesses who are looking to step into a highly visible regional role with extensive exposure to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as a trusted finance partner to regional business leaders across APAC
- Provide commercial insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner closely with operations, commercial, and functional leaders on key business initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting activities
- Support regional expansion projects, investment evaluations, business transformation, and operational improvement initiatives
- Build business cases and financial models to assist investment and growth decisions
- Present financial performance, opportunities, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Work directly with both internal and external parties across multiple markets
- Drive improvements in reporting, governance, and decision-support processes
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights
- Experience within hospitality, travel, aviation, retail, consumer, or other customer-facing industries is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Regional experience would be an advantage
