Pack Line Worker

Responsibilities

  • Break down full pallets of product to assemble assigned variety packs

  • Assemble cardboard trays and place product into trays on the packaging line

  • Operate pack line machinery to shrink-wrap products and apply labels

  • Inspect packaged products to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper labeling

  • Repalletize finished goods and prepare pallets for shipment

Qualifications and Skills

  • No experience required

  • Must have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the entire shift

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full-Time Opportunity

  • Pay Rate: $13.50-14.50 per hour

  • Both 1st Shift and 2nd shift available with both 8 and 10 hour options

  • Some required overtime when scheduled

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity

  • Benefits available upon permanent hire after probationary period
