Our client is a well-established Australian business known for delivering premium design-focused solutions into residential homes.

We're looking for a confident and personable Sales Consultant to join their Pagewood-based team, looking after showroom consultations as well as occasional on-site client meetings. 

This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role that will see you work with a high-end product, and engage with homeowners, builders and design professionals. You'll guide customers through their purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

THE DAY-TO-DAY
  • Managing inbound enquiries and proactively following up leads
  • Welcoming clients into the showroom and conducting consultations
  • Attending occasional site visits to understand project scope, requirements and progress
  • Presenting solutions that balance compliance, practicality and design 
  • Preparing quotes, managing negotiations and closing sales
  • Attending trade shows, site visits and handovers
  • Keeping clients informed at every stage of the project
  • Coordinating project documentation and updating CRM systems
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in sales, BDM, B2B or a consultative client-facing role
  • Confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders including homeowners, builders and designers
  • Comfortable following up leads as well as new business development
  • Strong communication skills with a personable, professional approach
  • Exposure to construction, residential projects, building plans or design, or keen to learn
  • Experience with premium high-value products would be ideal
  • Organised with solid admin and CRM capability
  • A proactive, positive mindset with a willingness to learn
