We're seeking a Pack Tech to join our team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and labeling various types of thermoformed medical packaging. This is a full-time, contract-to-permanent position with a complete benefits package available after hire-in. What You'll Be Doing As a Pack Tech, your core responsibilities will include: Product Inspection: Inspect thermoformed medical packaging. Packaging: Properly package finished products. Labeling: Label packaged products as required. Quality Awareness: Pay close attention to products throughout the inspection and packaging process. Production Support: Assist with the flow of products through the packaging process. Work Area Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area. What We're Looking For Qualifications Ability to work 6:00AM-2:00PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Ability to inspect, package, and label products. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow work instructions. Dependable and reliable attendance. Skills Inspection: Ability to carefully inspect thermoformed medical packaging. Packaging: Ability to properly package various types of finished products. Labeling: Ability to accurately label packaged products. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy throughout the inspection and packaging process. Organization: Ability to maintain an organized work area. Dependability: Ability to consistently complete assigned responsibilities. Why Join Us?
