We’re seeking an IAM Operations Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise identity platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving, working in a live environment, and contributing to the ongoing stability, security, and performance of identity-based systems. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on improving user access and authentication experiences across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve production incidents in a timely manner
- Monitor platform health and respond to alerts
- Identify recurring issues and implement improvements
- Analyse logs and troubleshoot authentication and access flows
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency
- Contribute to and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support releases, patches, and deployments
- Assist in reporting on system performance and reliability
- Participate in an on-call roster where required
- Experience supporting IAM or identity-related platforms (or similar enterprise systems)
- Exposure to authentication protocols such as OIDC, OAuth2.0, or SAML (experience in at least one is fine)
- Ability to analyse logs and troubleshoot system or access issues
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
- Familiarity with operational processes, incident management, or support environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A positive, team-first mindset
