Position summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer (Wastewater Treatment) to join the companies growing team based in Sydney.
With full support from an experienced national team, the Project Engineer is responsible for the delivery of multiple water and wastewater treatment projects.
You will get the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors including water utilities, industrial, infrastructure and F&B.
This role would ideally suit someone with 1-5 years project delivery experience. Water treatment experience is beneficial but not essential.

Specific responsibilities:
- Manage multiple water & wastewater treatment projects concurrently
- Manage resources including internal personnel and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and on budget
- Detailed documentation, including manuals, equipment lists, process and mechanical design drawings, layouts, functional descriptions
- Project planning and managing schedules, milestones and deliverables. report on progress against these to stakeholders and management.
- Oversee the development of project quality and safety documentation, including FAT’s, ITP’s, management plans, SWMS and other commissioning activities
- Operation, problems solving and optimization of WTP’s
- Financial control over projects including monthly reporting to senior management across all projects
