Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Development Representative for one of our clients! Your role will involve nurturing warm leads and booking them on appointments for the sales team to close. Our client is a trusted and dedicated provider of affordable HIPAA Management software and Consulting services, catering to small to medium-sized medical practices, solo practitioners, healthcare organizations, and their business associates nationwide.


Their mission is to alleviate the burden of maintaining HIPAA/HITECH compliance, allowing healthcare providers to focus more on patient care. HIPAA/HITECH, or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, updated in 2012, is a federal law designed to establish national standards for safeguarding sensitive patient health information. Our client understands the importance of patient privacy and assists their clients in navigating the complexities of HIPAA regulations, providing them with the necessary tools and expertise to implement robust privacy and security programs, at a level expected by Fortune 500 companies at a price point that the small to mid-sized practice can afford.


As a Sales Development Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the esteemed company’s CEO. With an impressive background in healthcare, technology, and service companies, he brings over 40 years of multidisciplinary experience to the table. He has held influential positions such as the past Chair of the HIMSS Privacy and Security Committee's Risk Assessment Work Group and a Council Member on AHIMA's Privacy and Security Practice Council.


Structure & Compensation


  • Full Time & Fully Remote!
  • $36,000/yr USD base + commission   
  • $60,000-$70,000/yr+ expected earnings
  • Goal is $3200 in commissions a month (20 set appointments at $100 each) + each 
  • Sale that is made by the sales team - $120 per sale - 10 closes 
  • Hours are typically within the window of 7 am - 7 pm CST but looking for someone who is flexible *do not need to work that long
  • Typical full-time role 40 hours a week 
  • Opportunity to be converted to full-time employee in the future (contract to hire)

Responsibilities


  • Nurturing warm leads & setting appointments for the sales team
  • Set 5 appointments per week initial goal from warm leads that are searching for these services. $100 for each set appointment that the prospect attends
  • It is expected 90% of the leads will be warm generated from various marketing channels
  • Providing  accurate and comprehensive information to clients, addressing any questions or objections they may have
  • Effectively managing the sales pipeline, including tracking and following up on leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Following up on old leads, to get them rebooked 
  • Display a high level of professionalism and emotional IQ


Qualifications

  • 1+ years B2B appointment setting or inside sales
  • Hungry, motivated & someone who wants to progress in the health/tech space
  • Can be promoted to a A.E role in the future 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
  • Skilled in developing relationships with exceptional interpersonal attributes
  • Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to implement new ideas
  • Driven, competitive, and confident 
  • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team and ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
  • Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you. 
  • Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your
  • schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
