About the role
Seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead end-to-end learning design and delivery for a large, fast-paced ICT environment.
You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate technical change into accessible, high-quality training outcomes, developing learning strategies and artefacts, managing training delivery and standards.
This role suits someone who is comfortable working in Agile delivery, coordinating across vendors and internal teams, and driving adoption through modern instructional design practice.

Required Skills
  • Proven ability to develop a comprehensive training approach and delivery plan aligned to modern learning principles and approaches
  • Demonstrated capability to identify, manage and mitigate learning risks across a complex program of work
  • Experience designing and coordinating end-to-end training approaches for new scheduling and asset management solutions 
  • Strong experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) / identify learning and development priorities across a multi-stream program
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies/tools
  • Hands-on capability with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Ability to analyse inputs and feedback from Business Analysts and Change Analysts to diagnose skill gaps and shape learning strategies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical change into clear, learner-friendly training
