The Role
- Manage a diverse caseload of wills and estates disputes, including family provision claims, contested probate matters, testamentary capacity challenges, undue influence claims, and estate administration disputes.
- Provide strategic advice and representation to clients throughout negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through strong client relationships, mentoring opportunities, and business development activities.
About You
- You will ideally have substantial post-admission experience in wills and estates litigation and be confident managing complex matters independently.
- You will possess strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to provide practical and tailored legal advice.
- You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional referrers.
