Nesco Resource is hiring for an Interior Doors Assembler role. This position involves performing repetitive assembly operations on a production line to mass-produce doors. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Position Summary:

The Interior Line Operator is responsible for assembling and producing interior building components in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production equipment, measuring materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are built according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble interior building components and materials according to production orders and blueprints.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Standing: Continuous standing required throughout the shift.

• Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for handling, fingering, and feeling.

• Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs continuously, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.

Skills & Aptitudes:

• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: Weekly
$17.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 6:00am-5:00pm
