Position Summary:
The Interior Line Operator is responsible for assembling and producing interior building components in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production equipment, measuring materials, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are built according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble interior building components and materials according to production orders and blueprints.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Standing: Continuous standing required throughout the shift.

Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands for handling, fingering, and feeling.

Lifting: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs continuously, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally.
Skills & Aptitudes:

Ability to read and follow simple instructions.

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay: Weekly
$17.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 6:00am-5:00pm
