- Exposure to FP&A, operations, and business performance needs across a complex multi-site environment
- Ability to make an immediate impact by freeing senior leaders to focus on higher-level business outcomes
- Takes ownership of Power BI dashboard development, visualization, and business-facing analytics support
- Helps translate business requirements into clean, useful, and actionable reporting tools
- Supports leaders across the organization with better visibility into performance, trends, and operational outcomes
- Partners closely with the business solutions function to improve how data is consumed and acted upon
- Plays an important role in connecting technical data work to real business decisions
- Advanced business analyst background with strong Power BI dashboarding and visualization experience
- Ability to gather requirements, understand business context, and translate needs into practical analytics solutions
- Experience supporting FP&A, operations, service delivery, or business performance reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Background in HVAC, field services, multi-location operations, or other service-based businesses would be highly valuable
