Quality Control Associate 

Mon.-Fri. 7am-3:30pm. Overtime as needed. $16.00/hr.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily receiving and administrative tasks for home decor merchandise.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and system records.
• Document product returns and transfers accurately.
• Maintain organized records for inventory control.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently during seasonal volume changes.
• Support team with additional warehouse and administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for accurate data entry.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
• Work independently following established procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for documenting discrepancies.
• Experience with RF scanners/handheld devices and pulling orders.
• Strong sense of accountability and pride in accuracy.
