Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Digital Media Buyer for one of our clients! They develop and introduce revolutionary technology that reshapes traditional healthcare. Their main product utilizes focused acoustic waves to alleviate pain and activate natural healing. Implementing this type of technology offers chiropractors unprecedented treatment versatility within their clinic. This type of technology has been used by medical institutions all around the world and is now available in the United States. The company is based in Boston, is a team of 25+ people & has big plans to scale.
Our client is looking for an experienced digital media buyer specializing in Facebook/Instagram advertising. This role will be within their “Done-With-You” (DWY) marketing department, where they combine managing ads, with teaching their clients how to take ownership of managing their ads long-term.
After someone purchases their device, they provide a back-end DWY marketing service to help clients generate new patients locally for them. In doing so, they will handle the setup, launch and preliminary management of their campaigns to provide an immediate boost to their flow of new patients. From there, they help teach their clients how they can manage their ads and implement the client's strategies on their own – without having to rely on third parties to grow their business.
Structure & Compensation
- Full-time opportunity (40+ hours/wk position) and fully remote
- Compensation: $55,000-$65,000/ USD Base Salary Depending On Experience
- Total OTE $65,000/yr+ Compensation will be reviewed after 6 months for raise
- Independent contractor-based position but seeking a long-term team member
- Working hours; typical business hours in a specific timezone you’re in ie 8 to 5 EST would be the general working schedule

What This Job Entails
- Pre-launch setup & coordination, coordinate launch timelines
- Build & launch Facebook ads for new clients, build their landing page, develop creative, set up & launch their campaigns
- Manage Facebook ads for new clients in their first 30 days
- Gather data feedback and help build stability with performance before transitioning the management to the client
- Help facilitate the transition of ad management
- Provide a report & analysis on the state of the campaign
- Review and results daily using our custom results management tracking system
- Determine which clients need help with results
- Provide coaching and consulting to help clients manage their ads, Providing recommendations to clients to improve the performance of their campaigns
- Help clients troubleshoot issues and provide support /
- Answer client questions and help them solve issues
- Contribute to testing and innovation to help improve the program /Ad creatives, landing page optimization, etc.
Skills/Experience (Required)
- Experience running Facebook/Instagram ads
- Local based marketing preferred
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience managing a budget of at least $10,000 per month collectively between different accounts
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape & what drives paid ads to convert
- Basic skills/experience with building landing pages/funnels
Skills/Experience (Preferred)
- Worked within a done-with-you program
- Familiar with GoHighLevel
- Experience with conversion rate optimization
- Experience developing ad creatives
- Basic experience with video editing
- Copywriting skills (ads, emails, SMS, etc.)

More About What Our Client Is Seeking:
1. Has a strong knowledge of media buying, but not an "expert" who has their specific way of doing things. People that have focused more in the lead generation side of things in local markets rather than ecommerce brands. Having a mid-tier media buyer will allow us to mold them into our system and then provide them with an opportunity to help improve it
2. This is a huge one for our client, and is basically a non-starter: Having a lot of client facing experience. We are looking for someone who is a full stack marketer, but has also seen the client support side of a business, whether that experience has come from freelance work or within an organization. This is probably 50% of what the job will require, and everyone I've elected to interview thus far has a background in client facing communication, coaching or consulting.
3. They process creatives skills in a wide variety of generalist marketing. These are either things that were self taught, or that they were exposed to in roles at different companies. Whether its copywriting, conversion rate optimization, content marketing, etc. These are all things that they need at least some experience in.
4. Has really good energy and does well staying engaged in conversations. We are sort of a high energy team, so anyone who doesn't have that isn't going to be a great fit internally or externally.
So, as crazy as it may sound, we aren't looking for someone who is the best at any of those 3-4, we are looking for someone who has decent experience in all 3-4, and has sort of an "it factor" that we believe we can mold into an A player on our team.
