We're looking for someone with a commercial or residential construction background who can confidently take charge on site, lead a crew and keep projects moving.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your site, working closely with project management and your wider team to deliver quality projects safely, efficiently and on time.

You'll be:

• Leading crews and subcontractors on site
• Coordinating day-to-day construction activities
• Keeping the programme on track
• Managing site health & safety and quality
• Reading plans and coordinating trades
• Identifying problems early and finding practical solutions
• Working closely with Project Managers and clients
• Getting hands-on when required and leading by example

What we're looking for?

You'll ideally have:

• Strong construction experience in commercial, residential or civil projects
• Previous experience as a Foreperson, Leading Hand or Senior Site Supervisor
• The confidence to lead people and take ownership of a site
• Good understanding of construction methodology, plans and sequencing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• A commitment to safety and quality
• A current NZ driver's licence
