Position Summary
Senior Civil / Structural Engineer
This role is ideal for an experienced Civil or Structural Engineer seeking a combination of technical leadership, project delivery and client engagement.
A key focus of the position is the review, certification and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects, while supporting clients across a diverse range of transport, infrastructure, mining and development projects.

A key focus of the position is the review, certification and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects, while supporting clients across a diverse range of transport, infrastructure, mining and development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects.
- Prepare and review concept and detailed engineering designs.
- Undertake civil and structural analysis, calculations and design verification.
- Provide technical oversight and engineering certification of project deliverables.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, schedules and client deliverables.
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities.
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Strong experience delivering civil and/or structural infrastructure projects.
- RPEQ qualification preferred, or actively working towards registration.
- Experience reviewing technical deliverables and providing engineering oversight.
- Proficiency with relevant design software such as 12d, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, SpaceGass, MIDAS, Strand7 or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with transport, mining, local government or infrastructure clients will be highly regarded.
