Overview

Join our dynamic team as an essential part of our production line. We are seeking a dedicated individual for a third-shift position, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and installing components to ensure the seamless operation of our products. This position requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our production process.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, c-clamps, scratch awls, and hammers for assembly tasks.
  • Assemble and install blowers, fans, and motors according to specifications.
  • Install panels efficiently and accurately.
  • Operate pneumatic glue guns for secure assembly.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to push 50 pounds on a conveyor system.
  • Completion of Wiring Certification training is mandatory.
  • Ability to stand constantly and frequently kneel, crawl, and stoop.
  • Proficient use of hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, c-clamps, scratch awls, and hammers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
