The Role

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out setting out using Total Station and GPS equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and as-built information.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Assist with programme management and project planning.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Site Engineer with a main contractor.
• Strong setting out experience.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence.
